CHIDEOCK WILD GARLIC PESTO!!
You’ll need to pay Chideock a visit to be able to make this tasty pesto!
Wash your (Chideock) wild garlic and place in a food processor, blitz until fairly smashed up.
Add Parmesan and process further.
Finally add your hazelnuts or pine nuts
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
Use to top chicken or simply add it to your pasta.
